  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! BUT please keep in mind the shipping cost will be higher in some places than others

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • How do I place a custom order?

    Please send the store an email and we will make it happen!

  • Do you offer cheaper shipping?

    All prices are set to account for packaging including mailing envelopes, tape, paper, printer ink. I ship the cheapest way possible and refund any shipping overages over $1

  • How long does it take for a custom order?

    It can take anywhere from 2-21 days to complete. If I have the fabric on hand I can complete a 3item custom order in 2 days if I have to order in a special print it will take the time for that fabric to ship to me plus 2 days for every 2 items needed to be made. This time frame is subject to change if I have multiple orders being processed that week!

  • When will my item ship?

    I ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Where is my tracking number?

    Your tracking number can be found in one or more of the following:
    Email provided
    PayPal
    Storenvy account

  • I haven't received my item?

    Please contact me through the Facebook page facebook.com/ddsdipesnwipes. I will do my best to resolve the problem! Do not open a claim until you have messaged me. If you open a claim future purchases may be automatically refunded and you may not be allowed to enter the group!

  • The item I want isn't in stock?

    Unfortunately most items listed on the website are gone for good once they sell out. You are always welcome to send me a message and request an item or request a reorder if the print to complete a request. Keep in mind this may hold additional charges.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    I offer discounts for first respondes, military, and other service members. Please contact the shop for a special code. You may be asked to provide verification before you are allowed access to the discounts.

  • My code isn't working?

    Please refer to any expiration dates. Check spelling. If your code still isn't working please contact the shop. The coupon may have timed out on the website if not used within a certain time frame. Or there may be another error that can be fixed.

  • How many coupons can I use?

    One coupon per transaction.

  • Why is there an extra fee?

    There are two fees. One is a convenience fee for use of credit cards or e-checks. The other, is a service fee that I unfortunately do not have control of.

  • When will I receive my shipping refund?

    The reversal may be requested within 3-5 days from shipment. Tits can take up to 7 days for your payment to be processed depending on your method of payment.

  • I accidentally ordered multiples of items!?

    Please contact the Facebook page and we can work on a return and refund! Refunds will not be considered until the item is back in my possession. All items eligible for returns must be in the original packing with all tags in tack.

  • Policy

    Hello! Thank you for your purchase from Rayne and Rae! Please contact me with any issues you may have within 7 days of recieval of your item (s). I do not offer full refunds on used items, and unused items must be returned in the original package with all tags in tact and will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Asolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges on clearance items.I will do my best to resolve any issues that may arise in a way that will benefit us both!   

    All deposits are non-refundable. If you fault on a payment by more than a week without updating the shop I am obligated to terminating your order and any payment made will NOT be refunded.

    Layaway orders are due within two weeks of your first payment. Quad payment plans are due every month (may pay sooner) on the day of your first payment. I.e deposit made on the 4th each payment will be due on the 4th of each month.

    Absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges on clearance, auctioned, or discounted items through a secondary selling source such as destash or bst pages. 

    Absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges on clearance, discounted, or online sales events such as clearance, BOGO, % off, etc. NO IFS, ANDS, OR BUTS on seconds quality items if you purchase without reading the description that is your fault not mine.

    Higher shipping cost withing Rayne and Rae are due to the recent increase in usps shipping costs. Please be mindful of this. We appreciate your understanding.  

    Pre-order deposits (20%) are non-refundable! Any remaining balance not paid by the closing period (6weeks from pre-order closing date) will result in termination of your order.

  • Why hasn't my order shipped?

    Check your email or Paypal. You may have selected the wrong shipping class. 4 or more smaller items must ship priority. 2 or more large bulky items must be shipped priority or medium flat rate box. You may have a pending invoice to cover the extra shipping costs.

  • Why was my order cancelled?

    Check your email or Paypal. You may have selected the wrong shipping class and you may have a pending invoice to cover the extra shipping costs. If you do not have an invoice your item may have sold out. Sometimes the website will glitch during sales and wont mark as sold if two people check out at the same time. Our shop will send to whichever payment processes first.

  • What are seconds?

    Seconds have minor imperfections and can consist of one or more of the following:
    Wonky snap
    Fabric shift
    Uneven sewing
    Minor fabric stain such as a mark or dust
    Other
